Pyro Dinero hails from the city of Hammond, Indiana which sits at the very edges of the Hoosier State and Chicago, Illinois, and is actually considered a part of the Chicago metropolitan area.
The self-proclaimed Indiananimal recently released his Illiana EP, influenced by the drill sounds of neighboring Chicago, the local Hip-Hop sounds of Indiana and everything in between. The name of the EP is actually derived from a small community in Illinois, with the State Line Road running “along the border between Illinois and Indiana,” and is also a “portmanteau of Illinois and Indiana.”
Today, Pyro gives us a first-hand look at his city with a visual for the title-track, as his crew hits the streets day-in and day-out, before eventually being shut down by police
