Following the canceling of dates of his Saint Pablo Tour, which followed his sudden ending of the tour’s Sacramento stop, which follows his statements about voting for Trump (if he voted), it is being reported that Kanye West has been admitted to a Los Angeles hospital.
Sources have told NBC News that West went to the hospital for “his own health and safety,” and is being held for “psychiatric evaluation.” NBC is disclosing that, following a “welfare check” on Kanye, paramedics would take the artist to the hospital.
The same sources are saying that West was being checked out by his doctor for severe sleep deprivation, when the physician decided that he needed to be admitted.
Live Nation has already canceled the remaining dates of the tour, which included roughly 20 more shows heading into 2017.
