Passaic, New Jersey native LV (or Elvis as he’s known to friends) has been dabbling in the music arts since the age of 10.
Apart from being a proficient emcee’s MC, LV also works as both a producer and an audio engineer, and is a part of the Global Money Power movement.
With a new album titled Knew It All Along on the horizons, LV delivers a red hot video for his latest single, “Yu Know,” flexing his rapid-fire flow and switching up his inflection and cadence between verses and the chorus, all set to his hypnotic, dense production.
LV explains the inspiration behind the song and video in a press statement:
Coming up, it was clear that this was a business of a lot of rejection. We met so many no’s before we came across one “yes.” There’s always people who want to break us down, there’ll always be envious people who are wishing we wouldn’t succeed. That’s the major inspiration for both the song and video. Things have changed, but the one thing that has remaining is our drive and ambition…the tunnel-vision. We don’t see the hate, we just see the possibilities—the inevitable outcome.
