Coming fresh off of the promotional campaign for his critically acclaimed mixtape Lexiconz, VA’s own Willie WAZE primes his return with a new freestyle accompanied by his partner in rhyme Macguvyer.
Waze and Mac have released a few solid collaborative joints in the past, but none of them quite matched the intensity of this one. With Waze’s harsh battle bars, witty wordplay and Macguyver’s aggression and energy, this makes for one quick and lyrically dense street banger.
The song finds the two crushing Young M.A.’s newest gem, “EAT.” While their version definitely isn’t as long as hers, they definitely make their mark on the beat and quite frankly, she might just need to tap them for the remix. No, Seriously.
