Beleaf has graced the DopeHouse pages for years with his the likes of John Givez, MURS and Ruslan, bringing his entertaining and faithful bars about his home state of California, being a dad and everything about life . But being a dad is what is bringing his music career, at least for now, largely to a halt.
His new album was originally titled No Chill, but along with announcing the project, he also revealed he had a third kid — a baby girl — on the way. Over the course of the next couple months, that album’s name changed to In Fatherhood, and, for now, it’s his last.
Lasting a hefty 17 tracks, In Fatherhood has features from Sarah Juers, Squint, Charlie Powers and others.
Stream In Fatherhood, and cop the album on iTunes. (It was his birthday on Monday, too, so happy belated!)
