Rita Ora‘s musical output has slowed over the last few years, but she has kept busy with other endeavors such as America’s Next Top Model, The Voice UK and The X Factor.
She’s also been firing off thirst traps like fireworks in the 4th of July, as well.
Rita has planned an imminent return to music, and she has released her first single in many moons, “Your Song.” Produced by Steve Mac, the song is co-written by Ed Sheeran.
“‘Your Song’ has everything I wanted to express – it’s a song that’s full of positivity and about feeling on top of the world, like everything is going right and that’s where my life is right now,” Ora said to the Daily Mail. “I love working with Ed and Steve; it was incredible to really bring this idea to life with some of the most talented songwriters of our time. Ed and I have been friends since our teens, it’s brilliant to have the opportunity to collaborate with him for my first single, we definitely click creatively.”
