Bodega BAMZ Announces ‘P.A.P.I.’ Album, Drops “Clout”

Bodega BAMZ went Hollywood… no, seriously. BAMZ has legitimately entered the acting world, landing a recurring role in premium channel Showtime’s original series, SMILF. On the show he portrayed Carlos, a rapper and close friend of the character Rafi (played by Miguel Gomez).

BAMZ hasn’t forgotten his music side, however, and will return with his first project in two years P.A.P.I. (Proud And Powerful Individualz) on April 13th. His first since 2016’s All Eyez Off Me, the project aims to be his most personal work to date.

He has released the latest single from the project, “Clout.” Mocking what’s perceived as success in today’s landscape of rap, the track can be heard below.
