Earlier this month Jaden Smith “revealed” a follow-up to his 2017 debut album SYRE via his Instagram page. He would eventually put some extra bells and whistles on it, and formally re-release the project the conventional way.

That project is now known as SYRE, The Electric Album (or, in his words, “SYRE Was So Fire I Had To Make It Again”). A five-track EP, songs from the original — “B,” “Ninety,” “Lost Boy,” “Fallen” and “Icon” — are updated with “psychedelic production and organic instrumentation.”
Proclaimed as “a gift to the fans for his birthday,” SYRE, The Electric Album can be heard below.
