In case you haven’t been paying attention, the Dreamville camp has every intent on fully taking over in 2019.
Kicking off the year with an epic 10-day recording session for the upcoming Revenge of the Dreamers III project, the plan continued to unfold this week with a series of videos.
Starting with Ari Lennox and J. Cole‘s “Shea Butter Baby” and following up with Cole’s “Middle Child” video, Bas completes the trilogy with a video for “Purge.”
Taken off his latest album, Milky Way, the Rec League-directed clip is an overdose of colorful visual effects and neon lighting that is sure to get better with each viewing.
Check it out below and be on the lookout for more from Bas—including a deluxe edition of Milky Way with five new songs and a joint project with The Hics; who previously collaborated with the Fiend on “Ricochet” and “Matches” for his Too High To Riot album in 2016.
Milky Way deluxe with like 5 new songs and a Front Desk remix for the spring/early summer? Yes? No? Also who would you wanna hear on Front Desk?
