KXNG Crooked – “Soul”

blame it on Shake June 28, 2019

We’ve officially reached the half way mark of KXNG Crooked‘s relaunched Hip-Hop Weekly series (now dubbed The Weeklys) and the Long Beach titan is celebrating with some “Soul.”

Over a Dizz-laced flip of Hannah Williams and The Affirmation’s “Late Nights & Heartbreak” (which you’ll recognize from Jay-Z’s “4:44“), Crook proceeds to do what he’s done for the last 26 weeks 20+ years.

Check out the Bandcamp-exclusive below and be on the lookout for a project called Halfway Crook (see what he did there?) that will consist of the first 26 drops of the series.
