With Laila’s Wisdom still in heavy rotation, Rapsody is back in action with a new album called EVE dropping later this month.
Kicking off the campaign, the North Carolina-bred emcee has enlisted GZA and D’Angelo for the project’s first single, “IBTIHAJ,” which was named after Ibtihaj Muhammad–a gifted sabre fencer who became the first Muslim American woman to wear a hijab while competing for the United States in the 2016 Summer Olympics.
