Nearly six years after AMC’s Breaking Bad came to a dramatic end with Walter White collapsing in the lab and Jesse Pinkman making his escape, Netflix has announced a movie is being released on October 11th.
Officially dubbed El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie, the streaming service made the announcement with a brief trailer and asked in the caption, “What happened to Jesse Pinkman?”
Written and directed by the show’s creator, Vince Gilligan, a synopsis that’s going around says it will pick up right where the show ended…
“In the wake of his dramatic escape from captivity, Jesse must come to terms with his past in order to forge some kind of future.”
