As the protests spread across the country world, artists are continuing to get in the booth to record their thoughts and use their voice to fight for what’s right. So far, we’ve seen everyone from Run the Jewels and Jim Jones to Pharoahe Monch & Styles P and Meek Mill deliver timely songs about racism, police brutality and the hardships of being Black in AmeriKKKa.

Now, Trey Songz is adding his name to the list with a powerful new song called “2020 Riots: How Many Times.”

“Questions for the men and women who actually honor their badge to serve and protect: How long will you continue to allow these terrorists to exist among you?” Trey asks. “America is displaying first hand the carnage we suffer at the hands of law enforcement, how can we ever trust you?! When will all the good apples separate themselves from the bad?

“How many mothers have to cry? How many brothers gotta die? How many more times? How many more marches? How many more signs? How many more lives?”
