After notching a GRAMMY nomination — alongside Freddie Gibbs — for Alfredo, it’s safe to say that Alchemist had a pretty decent 2020. For his first act of 2021, he’s revealed his latest collaboration.
Teaming with Los Angeles-based brand Born x Raised, Al will drop the instrumental project Carry The Fire as well as a small capsule collection. Due Thursday (Jan. 28), Al has also shared the first listen from the project in “Water Bed.” Along with a Jason Goldwatch-directed visual, the Olympics-themed visual can be seen below.
