One of 2020’s more pleasant surprises was Busta Rhymes‘ album Extinction Level Event 2: The Wrath of God. He now offers a visual for the song “Deep Thought.”
Directed by Benny Boom and The Dragon, the visual has Busta stuck in a trance while wrapped deep inside his battling thoughts. The clip is to give insight into Rhymes’ motivation for his unparalleled achievements, as he opens up on his personal struggles (he lost his father shortly after his friend, former music industry executive Chris Lighty, died in 2012).

Busta also revealed a mini-documentary, ‘”DIVINE: The 18 Year Anniversary Celebration,” celebrating the 18th anniversary of his and Mariah Carey’s hit single “I Know What You Want,” with appearances from Busta, Mariah, Trippie Redd, Chris Robinson, Michael Jai White, Spliff Star, Rah Digga, Rampage, Baby Sham, and more.
