It’s been long enough!
Despite being a frequent presence on Griselda releases, Stove God Cooks — aka my current favorite rapper — has not released a full body of work since 2020’s excellent Reasonable Drought. Needless to say, dans have been clamoring for a new project from him for a while now.
Well, hopefully we won’t have to wait much longer. Stovie has released his first solo track of 2024, “Melo Chip and a Brick.” Produced by DopeHouse alumni Conductor Williams, it’s a much welcomed return from the Syracuse mega-talent. Press play below.
