Puff Daddy announced early Wednesday morning that to celebrate his birthday, he’d surprisingly release his MMM mixtape at 7 a.m. Well, that hasn’t happened yet, but it’s probably so he has time to catch peoples attention before dropping something.

This morning, Puffy premiered three new songs on Power 105’s The Breakfast Club to hold fans over before the project drops. Those three songs, “Everyday,” “All Or Nothing,” and “You Could Be My Lover,” make up about one-fourth of the track list, with ten more set to come when the project drops for free.
It seems like this mixtape is trying to build up hype before a Puff Daddy & The Family project. With two singles, “Finna Get Loose” with Pharrell and “Workin,” cranked out, Puffy and his family are ready to drop their first album in 18 years — the first since 1997’s No Way Out.

UPDATE: Puffy has been documenting the process of making MMM, and two parts have been released so far. Throughout the documentary, Puffy’s brought Kendrick Lamar, Kanye West, Timbaland, Pharrell and plenty more into the studio to work on MMM and other projects. This season of Puffy dropping new music should, at the very least, be pretty damn fun.
