Lost in the shuffle of last night’s music release madness was Kweku Collins‘ new project.
The Evanston, Illinois, native is a favorite of the DopeHouse, releasing consistently stellar projects over the last two years, Say It Here, While It’s Safe and Nat Love. Aiming to make it a three-peat, Collins shares nine tracks on his latest effort, Grey.
Highlighted by the first two singles — “International Business Trip” and his stellar reworking of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ “Maps” — Collins finds assistance from fellow up-and-comers Allan Kingdom, Kipp Stone and Sylvie Grace across the tracklist.
