Kosine, who is one-half of the production duo Da Internz (Big Sean, Nicki Minaj, BJ The Chicago Kid), has been filling in for Hot 97’s Ebro as the guest host on Beats 1 Radio this week, and he recently reached out to Jeremih for a chat.

While together, Thumpy Johnson spoke on his buzzing single “I Think Of You” (with Big Sean and Chris Brown) as well as the “90s R&B sound” of his in-the-works fourth studio album Later That Night. He also reveals that, somehow, he doesn’t hear the “Montell Jordan vibe” of “I Think Of You” (which is produced by Yung Berg. Yep, that Yung Berg). Jeremih also spoke on his contribution to the soundtrack of The Fate of The Furious, how Chicago has shaped him as an artist, and more.

Later That Night should arrive this year.
