Corbin Drops Debut Album, ‘Mourn’

blame it on Patrick Glynn September 5, 2017

Way back in 2014, just as Spooky Black and The Stand4rd were reaching a bubbling point, Spooky changed his moniker Corbin — his real first name. He dropped a joint project with Bobby Raps called couch potato, but then he became recluse, only releasing a handful of songs over the next couple years.

He returns today, though, with Mourn, his first solo full-length project under the moniker. Landing at 10 tracks, including the recently released title track, the album features help from Shlohmo, D33J (who both produced the project) and Antwon.
