Yo… where are y’all, Pac Div?!
Back in 2017 the trio of Mibbs, BeYoung and LIKE announced plans to release their first new body of work since 2012’s GMB. But then… crickets.
It’s not like they haven’t been busy, however. Since GMB each member has dropped solo projects, with LIKE focusing on his production side and going on to grab GRAMMY nods for his works on Kendrick Lamar’s good kid, m.A.A.d city and Anderson .Paak’s Malibu.
Now, a year later, Pac Div have dropped their first new track since 2015’s “Sun Down (Girls Night Out)” and Roll The Dice:” “First Baptist.” The first track from their forthcoming third album, their cohesive energy is as good as it’s ever been.
Excuse me now, I’m going to play Church League Champions for the remainder of the day.
