You have to give it to Apple. The House of Jobs has constantly made products (under somewhat suspicious practices) that the entire human does not necessarily need but will purchase in droves. However, lately the company has begun tapping more and more into the urban market with their latest adverts. Kerry Washington, Taraji P. Henson and Mary J. Blige recently starred in one, while Flying Lotus previewed some new music in his commercial. Now, for their Apple Watch, the mega-corporation enlists in the services of The RZA for their latest spot.
In the 15-second ad Bobby Digital is flexing his piano chops, not even stopping to bid several racks on a synthesizer keyboard. The ads are supposed to depict how Apple products make your life easier… maybe that’s why that one guy tried to swindle ONE MILLION DOLLARS in Apple gift cards? Either way, I don’t see myself buying an Apple Watch in the near future, but the two MacBooks, iPad and iPhone I have more than makes up for that.
