Fabolous achieved a major milestone in his career life when he was given the Key To Brooklyn, received an Icon Talks award due to his various philanthropic endeavors, and will have a street named after him (scheduled to happen sometime in 2017).

The accolades aren’t done yet, however.

It has also been announced that Fab — née John David Jackson — will be inducted into Brooklyn’s Celebrity Path this Spring. Taking place on Sunday, June 11th, a marker bearing the musician’s name will be installed on the grounds of the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, alongside icons such as Rosie Perez, Gregory Hines, Woody Allen, Jackie Gleason, Barbra Streisand and Neil Diamond, among many others.

It will be at this ceremony that Fab will formally receive the key to Brooklyn as well.

“I feel honored to be inducted into Brooklyn’s own Celebrity Path and receive a key to the city,” Fabolous said in a press release. “Along with the accolades and citation I was presented with from Borough President Eric L. Adams, I am grateful to be recognized by my hometown for my contributions and to receive the borough’s highest honors.”

This is pretty amazing. Congrats to Fabolous.
