At 319 million active users and a revenue of $2.52 billion (both as of 2016), it’s easy to say that Twitter has money to spend blow on advertisements (despite, ironically, that it’s already one of the ten most-visited websites on the planet and it’s free).
So, why wouldn’t they have a commercial promoting the service, starring Chance The Rapper to boot?
While prepping for a concert, Chano poses a simple question to his followers: “Any requests?” His millions of fans fire off many replies in response, from “Cocoa Butter Kisses” (from 2013’s Acid Rap) to his GRAMMY-winning “No Problems.” Hilariously enough, David Crosby — Rock and Roll Hall of Famer and human Waldorf and Statler — pokes fun at his own critiques of hip hop and requests for “any song with real instruments.” Watch below.
Any requests? Real instruments? No problem.
