Now, if Metro Boomin don’t trust you he won’t sign you.

After dropping his debut single as an artist, “No Complaints,” Metro — née Leland Wayne — has announced that he has launched his very own label Boominati Worldwide in partnership with Republic Records and Universal Music Group.

“Launching Boominati Worldwide is the next step in my career as a producer, an artist, and a businessman,” Metro said in a statement. “I created the label to represent a collective of highly gifted individuals who have the shared gift of being able to influence the world through culture and art.”

“No Complaints” now serves as the first release from the label, off his rumored solo album tentatively called — what else? — Boominati. Metro is slated to hit the road with Bryson Tiller and H.E.R. as a part of the Set It Off Tour, beginning August 3rd.
