Noname released her first project, Telefone, last year that was nearly a half-decade in the making. After touring the country on her first headlining tour, it seems the Chicago rapper is ready to move on to her next project, which she announced on Twitter today.
“My next project is called Room 25,” she said, not revealing if she planned on the dropping album this year or not. But given how special Telefone came to be, the prospect of another album is exciting. Noname spent 2017 on the road, hitting up NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert along the way.
No rush, but the sooner we get new music, the better for all of us.
