Aside from contributions to JAMLA is the Squad II & Netflix’s Word Is Bond & Rapture, Rapsody has kept much to herself since the release of her outstanding sophomore album, Laila’s Wisdom. Two years have passed since the album and it looks like she’s gearing up for the release of another one.
Teaming up with Buddy, the two connect for a new track, “Phycilia.” With production from 9th Wonder, the track serves as an ode to Rapsody’s mother, appropriate for the Mother’s Day weekend.
