In recent memory, there have been a good amount of festivals curated by male acts. J. Cole and company’s Dreamville Festival and JAY-Z’s Made In America Festival, are just a few that come to mind.
Serving as one of the few ladies to do the same, H.E.R. has announced her very own. The Lights On Festival is set to take place Sept. 14th at the Concord Pavilion in Concord, CA.
For its first annual show, H.E.R. ensured the festival came with an impressive lineup. Aside from herself, Jhené Aiko, Daniel Caesar, Summer Walker, Ari Lennox, Kiana Ledé, DaniLeigh, Melii, Lucky Daye, and more are set to perform.
Could this mean new music will arrive before the festival? Who knows, your guess is as good as mine. However, what I do know is a flight to LA is looking completely necessary.
