No stranger to a collaborative project, Curren$y and Berner have teamed up for a new one called Pheno Grigio.
For the last year, Spitta has been in straight collaboration mode–capping off 2018 alongside Freddie Gibbs (and Alchemist) on FETTI, before spending the first half of 2019 dropping projects with Wiz Khalifa (2009), LNDN DRGS (Umbrella Symphony) and Statik Selektah (Gran Turismo).
Berner, on the other hand, has spent the last year dropping solo projects (El Chivo, RICO). But before that, he was rocking with Styles P (VIBES), Young Dolph (Tracking Numbers), Mozzy (Slimey Individualz), B-Real (Prohibition pt.3), and Cam’ron (Contraband).
Joining forces, the NOLA to Bay Area connection come through with a 12-track project, led by the Daz Dillinger-laced “Gangsta Sh*t,” that features G Perico, Kokane, B-Real, Mozzy, and Richie Rich.
