Today is day 6 of Kwanzaa, Kuumba (or, “creativity”): to do always as much as we can, in the way we can, in order to leave our community more beautiful and beneficial than we inherited it.
Capitalizing on the momentum of his breakout single “love nwantiti” (which, despite releasing in 2019, really took off in 2021/2022), Nigerian star CKay released his debut album Sad Romance in September 2022. He recently released a Tee Tash-directed set of visuals for “by now,” which can be seen below.
