Though the Lil Wayne and Birdman beef has died down publicly, for the most part, the legal proceedings are still as hot as ever.

According to TMZ, Cash Money received a $100 million advance sometime in the near past from Universal Music Group, some of which was supposed to go to Young Money, Lil Wayne’s label that has signed Drake, Nicki Minaj, Tyga and more. Lil Wayne claims, along with Tyga, that Young Money hasn’t seen any of that advance.

Earlier in the year, Lil Wayne sued Birdman for $51 million, so maybe that’s the amount of the advance Young Money was supposed to see.

On the other hand, though, TMZ says Cash Money claims that they gave Young Money a $20 million advance in 2012, $12 million for Lil Wayne’s solo album and an additional “$70 million in advances, royalties, marketing and recording costs for various Young Money artists.”

This is going to take a looooooong time to sort out, but hopefully the paper gets straightened out. And we proceed…
