It’s been a minute since we’ve heard from Stik Figa, but the talented Kansas emcee is back!
After a year-long hiatus following the release of 2015’s Stik Figa Is Not Quite Himself, the longtime DopeHouse resident returns with “Down Payment” — an eLZhi-assisted banger, produced by Nottz, that will live on his upcoming album, Central Standard Time, dropping January 27th via Mello Music Group.
“‘Down Payment’ is a special song because it feels like I am still paying dues, though I have been around for a while now,” Stik Figa told Mass Appeal. “I have been blessed to share the microphone with some of my heroes and peers alike. I am never sure if this pursuit will pay off, but, at the least I got to share with those who listened, ‘what I know’.”

As a bonus, you can also peep “Pardon the Interruption,” the Black Milk-produced “The Ends & Outs” and “The Git Down” with Rappin’ 4-Tay and Exile, below.
