blame it on Meka June 23, 2017

The movie doesn’t arrive for another week (June 30th), but Pharrell and Universal Pictures/Studios has released the soundtrack to their animated film Despicable Me 3 to help kick off the summer.

Like its predecessors Station Wagon P is in the driver seat, with the lead singles “Yellow Light” and “There’s Something Special.” however, as a nod to the 80s-inspired villain Balthazar Bratt, vintage tracks from Madonna, a-ha, Nena and Michael Jackson are also peppered throughout the soundtrack. Speaking of Balthazar, South Park‘s Trey Parker (who voices the character) joins Pharrell on “Hug Me.”
