Drake Drops New Single, “Nice For What”

The road to Drake‘s next album is coming to an end.

After capping off 2017 with some bars over Jay-Z’s “Family Feud” with Lil Wayne, Drizzy kicked off the new year with a 2-for-1 special in “God’s Work” and “Diplomatic Immunity”—with the former getting a heartfelt visual and going on to break several records.

Now, after assisting BlocBoy JB on “Look Alive,” jumping on N.E.R.D’s “Lemon (Remix)” with Rihanna, and appearing in videos with Migos (“Walk It Like I Talk It“) and Trouble (“Bring It Back“), the 6 God put the album rumors in overdrive last night during his time on stage at Majid Jordan’s hometown show.

“The reason I’m here tonight is because I’m back in the city finishing my album,” he said. “I’ve got a new single dropping tomorrow night, too, just in case you got some free time.”

The time is now. As promised, Drake comes with his new single, the Murda Beatz-laced “Nice For What,” which plays heavy on Lauryn Hill’s “Ex-Factor.”

UPDATE: He also dropped a star-studded video, championing woman of all colors, with appearances from Tiffany Haddish, Rashida Jones, Yara Shahidi, Issa Rae, Misty Copeland, Olivia Wilde, Tracee Ellis Ross and more.
