Guess it wasn’t all good just a week ago.

Just a little while ago it felt as if the issues between Birdman and Lil Wayne had been quelled. Although the massive lawsuit he levied against him still remained, the two were photographed together a few times throughout 2016 with Birdman professing that things between the two were stronger than ever.

However, after the proposed collaborative project between Wayne and 2 Chainz, ColleGrove, ultimately became 2 Chainz’ third solo album as Wayne remained embroiled in label issues with Cash Money Records, the proverbial cracks in the armor began to show.

After Wayne railed against the mogul during a 4/20 show in Denver, CO, Wayne took to the Comerica Theatre in Phoenix, AZ to unload more vitriol in front of an audience of hundreds…

“F*ck the Birdman. F*ck Cash Money,” Wayne said on stage. “I’m going through a lot of bullsh*t right now. These n*ggas got me in bars right now. They don’t want to see me make good music. I don’t know what the f*ck’s going on, but f*ck them n*ggas. And I just want you to know if anything, if you thought that for any second I gave a f*ck about it, I can’t because I got people like y’all that’s still supporting me.”

Ouch. For those still longing for the fifth installment of Tha Carter, Wayne did reveal that he had two more projects on the horizon as well—although they may end up being released in the same manner as 2015’s Free Weezy Album.
