blame it on Meka May 12, 2020

“Has it been 24 days yet?!” – Shake, just now.

This morning (May 12), El-P of Run the Jewels dropped a simple tweet:

Almost four years since the third installment (which surprise-dropped on X-Mas Eve of 2016), El-P and Killer Mike will release Run The Jewels 4 on… drumroll please… June 5th.

“Thank you for your support, thank you for your patience, and thank you for inspiring us to keep doing what we love,” the pair said in a statement.  “This is, as you know, our 4th album. We never thought that when we were doing the first one that RTJ would become our whole lives and honestly we are so grateful it did.”

They have also shared the 11-song tracklist for the project, led by the singles “Ooh LA LA” and “Yankee And The Brave,” which will feature 2 Chainz, Gred Nice, DJ Premier, Pharrell, Zack De LA Rocha, Mais Staples and Josh Homme.

Yeah… has it been 24 days yet?!
